I build the operational infrastructure for e-commerce brands on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Walmart -- automated order processing, multi-channel fulfillment, intelligent warehouse routing, and the analytics that runs on top.
Currently consulting for e-commerce brands up to $10M/mo. Previously ran data at Arteza ($100M+ revenue, Inc. 5000 #32, top-50 Amazon seller) - built the full data stack from API ingestion to executive reporting.
These days I consult on my own, under SellerFlux, across the whole data side of e-commerce. A growing part of that is AI automation: agents over the operational data, daily briefings on what needs attention, back-office routine that runs without a person. There's crypto too: on-chain research I publish on Dune, mostly DEX bots, stablecoin flows and fraud detection.
